My iPhone 6S is brand new. I was using it for three months with no problem with battery. With IOS 11.3 the battery was recharged after 2 days and 8 hours. After the IOS update to 11.4 the battery needs to be recharged every 1 day. (With the same settings)

Waiting for a Apple fix, try to turning OFF Handoff (Settings->General->Handoff).

This working for me and explains why the problem appears randomly: when there are several nearby Apple devices (Mac, Iphone, IPad ...).

I have the same issue, since the latest update. I have a 5s that was great before. I tried all things, Handoff, restart, battery check (100%) etc etc... It's the OS. It's my first Apple experience and I'm quite disappointed.

I replaced the battery on ALL 3 6s cells . Personnel at Apple (one young man) was not helpful, was actually demeaning. I have read all tips here. None of the tips were helpful, even after I 'wiped' cell, I have the issue. The issue occurred after downloading 11.4.1 .
