I got it "on" all the day long, no connection to wifi, and still the problem exists. It should not be about that.

I ha e Sn IPhone 8 plus and i’m experiencing the same thing! My battery used to be ok for one day and now not even half a day.....

I have the same issue. Apple refuses to acknowledge that the update is draining batteries. I'm done with Apple.

I’m having the same problem. My 6S rapidly loses battery life since I updated to iOS 11.4. I’ll charge it, have 100% and 20 minutes later I’ll be to 70%. And decreasing fast.

if you can - just turn off WiFi and you 4G - Wi-Fi seems to be the main issue with draining battery.

Turning off Wifi and using 4G will only reduce idle battery power consumption. The active batter power consumption is still a problem even with Wifi disabled.

Same issue with battery drain at my iPhone 6s after upgrading from iOS 11.3 to iOS 11.4.

This happens only if Wi FI is ON.

If wi fi is OFF everything is OK.

On my 6s+ the problem is only with 5GHz wifi, on 2.4 GHz there is no battery drain. The issue seems to ne with 5g wifi

Is there any update or news for any patch for this issue?

Apart from the battery drain, even I noticed few of the apps are getting crashed every time.

Turned off Wi-Fi for overnight as most suggested and it worked. Only 5% decrease... but still that's not a solution.

I agree! I'm about ready to buy Android.
