iOS 11.4 battery drain

Haven't tried it myself as I'm back on 11.3.1 (downgraded when you still could).

Same for me using a 6s. Battery drains faster than before on latest iOS. Seems like a software problem, as my battery has been replaced recently and I cannot notice any app taking up battery time.

I’m also facing the same problem since i updated my device to iOS 11.4

The battery drain happened to me on both 2.4 and 5Ghz networks...I have both here and tried them individually. The ONLY thing that has worked consistently for me is turning WiFi off.

We should all be happy to have a "Retro" phone with a cord attached!

How did you do the downgrade? I tried to but when i was going to put back the previous version there was a warning telling it wasn’t possible...

This is probably my first and last iphone. I bought it in january and it is the second time an iOS update totally ruins the battery. This never happened with android. Apple needs to fix this!

I did restore phone and it didn't fix the battery drain on my SE. The only fix for me is to switch off wifi. I didn't't get the problem on my iPad mini.

I have very same problem on iPhone 6S. Battery is empty within 3 - 4 hours. Why can’t apple fix this???

if your SE battery life going to be consumed or end of life so the software restoration not work fine you have to change the battery

my phone is nowhere near the 500 cycles threshold and I’m having the battery drain problem.

All the indicators say my battery is not at end of life, it’s ios 11.4 that’s at end of life and a fix is probably on the way.
