No personalized monthly challenge

Hey guys,

i have a weird problem with my Apple Watch using the latest version of watchOS.

Since 1st June, only the June monthly challenge appears in the achievements list, but i can't see my personal challenge for June. Usually, it appears at midnight at the beginning of the month.

I've tried to reboot as well the iPhone and the watch. I've been back to end of may on the iPhone settings and back to the real date ...

I've tried a lot of things, but nothing worked apparently

Do you have it too? How can I see my personal challenge?

On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > Health.

If the setting for Wheelchair currently states "Not Set", then change it to "Yes" or "No" as appropriate.

Close certain apps and then restart (normally) both your iPhone and your Apple Watch:

If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support
- Close the Watch app, Activity app and Health app and any third-party fitness, sleep or heart rate tracking apps (if open) on your iPhone.
- Close the Activity app, Workout app, Heart Rate app and any third-party fitness, sleep or heart rate tracking apps on your Apple Watch:
Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first:
- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
- Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

After making any such changes, I suggest waiting until at least the next day to see whether any missing challenges are added:

On your iPhone, in the Activity app, go to: Achievements (tab) > scroll down and tap on the badges to see the details.

If the issue persists after that time, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance:

ive tried your solution, not resolving my problem at all

I guess, as I’m not alone having this issue, that Appel is having trouble with their servers.

I’ve waited for 3 days , still no sight of my personal challenge ... wait and see

Hi Aboyult,

I guess we are in the same boat, cause I can't see my Personal Challange either. I've rebooted both the iPhone and the Watch, but so far no change. I did follow Julieda's suggestion and checked the wheelchair settings, but those were already set correctly... So far I'm clueless as to what to do, so if anyone would like to chime in, I'd appreciate it greatly. TIA

In jan and feb it went wrong, from march to may I received my rewards. Now it go's wrong again. Wondering now what kind of people Apple is hiring.

Well, I'm back in business but having to play a 3-day long catchup is not something I'm looking forward to. I've had it happen 3 times now. Hopefully, it's a 3rd and the last strike 😉
