download app from Apple Store China with Apple ID Singapore

I am a Singaporean. My Apple ID is registered in Singapore. I purchased a device in Shanghai a few days ago, which is Chinese Version. I brought it back a few days ago and installed the App on my iPhone, which is English version. (to be continued)

A message pop up as follows:

"This YUNMAI smart scale is Chinese version that only can connect to YUNMAI App-Chinese version. Please go to Appstore Chinese market to download it."

The problem is that I could not go to Apple Store China with my Apple ID Singapore to download it.

Any way to solve this problem?
