USB 3 Adapter for MacBook Pro

Thunderbolt 2 to USB adapters don't really exist as such.

You can get Thunderbolt docks that have USB ports, but a Macbook Pro with thunderbolt 2 ports also has some USB 3.0 ports built in already. At least 2.

Why do you need an adapter to Thunderbolt 2?

I got the official Apple one. £19.

So probably $19.

It works and does the job fine.

All you need Tony is the USB to USB 3 adaptor which is around $19.

I bough a new MBP last week and that's what I'm using.
