June Monthly Challenge

Hi, I use my apple watch for fitness and I have enjoyed the monthly challenges. For June, I never received a challenge and I asked other users and they said that their challenge has appeared. I updated my phone and watch and the challenge still has not appeared in my fitness app. I wanted to know what I should do to solve this problem.

Hello wlibby_33,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you haven't received the monthly challenge for June in your Fitness app. Since you have already updated the software on both your iPhone and Apple Watch. I would next suggest that you unpair and then re-pair the Apple Watch and then give it a bit of time for the challenge to appear. If you need a reminder on pairing the Apple Watch, take a look at this article.
If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone

Unpair your devices, then pair them again

If your Apple Watch still can't connect, unpair your devices, then pair them again:

  1. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
  2. On your iPhone, open the Apple Watch app, tap the My Watch tab, then tap your watch at the top of the screen. Tap User uploaded file next to the watch that you want to unpair, then tap Unpair Apple Watch. Tap again to confirm.
  3. Pair your Apple Watch and iPhone again.
Best regards.
