Apple Watch Pride Face doesn't appear in russia

Hi all,

iPhone X is up to date (11.4 version), so as Apple Watch series 2 (4.3.1 version) but I cannot find Pride Face nowhere... any suggestions?

I suspect this is a regional restriction because Pride is officially disapproved within Russia. It might even be that Apple was not allowed to make it available.

it seems like this but the Pride Face code should be in the update anyway, so I just curious how can I avoid any restrictions and install it anyway without changing the region:) *****
