Playlist in Iphone section not showing up in Itunes

Hi there

I'm using a PC with windows 7 and the playlists in the Iphone section in Itunes isn't updating just wondering what can I do to fix it? The Icloud music section is turned on I have signed in/ out of Itunes and restarted both the phone and computer and it still wont work can anyone suggest what can I do to fix the problem?

Playlist gone from iPhone today randomly, and now gone in iTunes after I tried to sync.... I was listening to a playlist today in the car on the way to work. Sometime between when I turned off the car, put the phone in my pocket and walked into work, I check a few minutes later to listen to a song and that play list was completely gone. I waited all day to get home to my computer to sync the phone and restore the 300 songs in the order I wanted. I synced the phone and the playlist did not show up on the phone still. It was checked in the box for syncing that from iTunes. I clicked on sync again and now it disappeared from my itunes library. That's so weird. I need help please!!!! I didn't hit delete or anything, how could this happen and it must be somewhere right?

playlists in itunes I up graded to the latest IOS, after upgrading my hard drive to SSD, downloaded latest itunes but since my iPhone and Ipad do not sync. when plugged into the computer, I have to turn iTunes on manually, it sees both iPhone and ipad but will not sync new playlist or delete old ones or open automatically. all the settings have been checked so not sure where to next. I have been using iTunes for many years but seems to have had a big issue. If any one has any ideas, would love the assistance.... David.

ITUNES Ive created a playlist on my iPhone 12 pro max. I connected my iPhone to iTunes and did a back up as well as a sync but my newly created playlist that was created on my iPhone is not showing up on my iTunes. I've signed off and on of my iCloud account and that did not work. I checked all my settings as my old settings are to manually manage my music instead of automatically sync when iPhone is connected. Please help. Thank You.
