You need to follow the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

So if you tell the truth it is a bad tone and disrespectful?
Here is your only shot at getting all that back and it is a long shot at best if it was saying the phone was disabled.
Find a 3rd party repair shop that is open that can do board level soldering. Have them replace you screen with a non-apple one then see if you can get a passcode screen so you can log in. If you can check to see if your photos are there and then IMMEDIATELY back everything up.
If instead you still get the disable screen all of your data, photos, etc. are gone.
One if you have an iPhone 6s or later won’t iPhone 11 actual home button press and hold them volume and press and hold the home button in the top button together reboot your phone, release the top button but keep hold of the home button
closure on phone into your computer with iTunes, it should say an iPhone has been detected into recovery mode
do an iTunes back up and then press update in the store
set up your phone again from the iTunes back up and roll your Apple ID information and you’re ready to go again
The answer you seek has been posted over and over and over and over and over. Try reading the Apple Recommended solution at the top of the thread. Your situation is no more unique than anyone else's. Read this thread you posted to.
If it's that urgent, you read the thread you posted to where the answer has been posted over and over and over and over and see the "Apple Recommended" solution right below the first post. That is the solution to your urgent problem.
That's correct, because that could not possibly fix a disabled phone. Read the link you posted to, where the directions have been posted over and over and over and over and over. HINT: Just below the first post is the Apple Recommended post, which IS the solution you need to follow.
That's a completely different issue. For that you need to contact Apple directly for help.
See this link --> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
With a broken screen, there is simply NO WAY to enable your phone. You will have to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for a screen replacement. Your data will be lost unless you have been regularly backing your phone up.
Sorry
The answer is literally posted right below the very post you responded to and is also on the top of every single page throughout this 40 page thread. That means the answer has been posted more than 40 times. Take YOUR time to read how.

I updated my credit card and my account is still disabled
What does this have to do with the subject of this thread, which is about disabled iPhones, not disabled Apple IDs?
See this Apple support link➡️Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes
And note this statement from that link:
When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.
And the solution to your disabled phone has been posted over and over and over in this thread, if you'd take just a moment of your time to look for it. It happens to be provided in the Apple Recommended solution at the top of every single page of these 44 pages. Or look just a couple posts above your post for the solution.
Asking someone who posted 3 years ago isn’t that effective in getting an answer. But the actual answer is on the same page your post appears on 4 times, including in the Apple Recommended post right below the post that you responded to.
