You need to follow the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
[edited by poster to remove now irrelevant information]
my phone is disabled because the screen stopped working which I got fixed but now I dont know how to enable it. I have my phone connected to a computer with the same I tunes and I have signed into I tunes but my phone isnt showing up
Read the very thread you posted to where the answer has been posted OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. For example the very first post you replied to has the answer right below it in Apple Recommended.
Oh No........What will you do?
I know. READ THE VERY THREAD YOU JUST RESPONDED TO. The answer has been posted over and over and over and over and is just below the very post you replied to as Apple Recommended.
Do you realize you just responded to the original post, which was posted now over 2 years ago? I think the original poster figured this out by now and since the thread is now 34 pages long, so have many many others.

Click on whichever of these Apple support articles best describes the message you are receiving:
hello there, my husband dissabled my phone trying to log in with the wrong code, the screen is disabled and its iPhone 10 so theres no center button but its on my screen but of no help. plesaseeeeee helllpp meeee
The answer has been posted in this thread over and over and over and over and over, including the Apple Recommended response one response below the very first post you just responded to. READ THE THREAD.
Hmmmmm..........let's see. There are 39 pages in this thread. ON EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THOSE 39 PAGES, the Apple Recommended Solution is immediately below the VERY FIRST POST which you replied to.
Take YOUR time and read the answer which has been posted over and over and over and over and over.
I really doubt you want to disable your phone. I suspect you want to be able to use your disabled phone. And the answer has been posted over and over and over throughout this thread. Read the Apple Recommended post at the top of EVERY page and was right below the first post to you responded to.
Oh my.......If only the answer was somewhere here where you could find it? I know. Why don't you look at the post just below the VERY post you responded to, the one which says Apple Recommended and is also repeated on EVERY single page of this 41 page thread?

The answer has been posted 4 times on the page your post appear on, including the Apple Recommended post that would have been hard to miss when you posted, and dozens of times on other in this thread. So just scroll up a little.
YOUR GUESS IS AS GOOD AS MINE!!! THESE APPLE COMPANY AS WELL AS MANY OTHERS. LOVE TO SCAM PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD. JUST AS THEY HAVE MADE MY FATHER BELIEVE THE SAME...GOD IS MY FATHER. I AM HERE GETTING PROOF OF WHAT IS BEING DONE!!!!
It’s an interesting idea. The problem is parsing the question to determine which automated response to use; that would need an AI app, possible, but it would take some serious development. The replies in this thread are close to being automated responses; a number of us just copy and paste the contents from this tip: My iPhone is disabled - Apple Community. You are welcome to use it if you want to.
I have a database of common responses (in Evernote) that I will copy and paste if the question is clear. They have the advantage over a fully automated response that I can customize them where the situation warrants.
One of the regulars here (Kappy) did implement a semi-automated response; sadly, he passed away on December 16, 2020.
I appreciate you taking an interest in ASC and contributing as you have been.
I agree with Lawrence. That is not a bad idea, the problem you will see with many of these, and goes along with what Lawrence said is that many of the people posting here do not construct even a clear sentence/question that would make a canned response difficult. If you look a little higher up, "I can enable my iphone". Is that for a disabled device, or is it for a phone that cannot be activated? Two different responses.
Look just a few posts above your post and watch the video posted. OR, look at the top of this page and on every page in this 45 page thread for the Apple Recommended Solution, which also tells you what to do.
