You need to follow the instructions in this Apple support article—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

Oh no......if only there was a way to find the answer in a thread which has the answer posted more times than it should be posted. Perhaps take the time to read just past the first post to the Apple Recommended solution, which is also posted on the top of EVERY page in this thread. Or look TWO posts above your post to see the answer, including a video you can watch, which explains what to do.

iphone is disabled and i cant figure out how to connect to itunes or phone to show itunes and cable on phone

That’s because you didn’t read ANY of the 48 pages in the thread you posted to, where the answer has appeared over 100 times. Including in the Apple Recommended post that appears at the top of every one of those 48 pages.

I am sorry that i must write very long as i don't know what iPhone model you have. :(

You don’t need to write very long. You don’t need to write at all, because the question has been answered over 100 times in this thread already, including in the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page. And you could just link to the page that you plagiarized your post from.

In the future please READ what’s already in the thread before posting.

OK, I’m going to AskWhy:

WHY do you consistently post answers in threads that have already been answered? This particular thread has the CORRECT answer appearing over 100 times in the THREE YEAR OLD thread with 49 pages.

And on top of that all you do is copy and paste from existing Apple support articles, rather than just linking to the article. And this most recent response of yours isn’t even correct for this user’s specific situation! AND your post is right below one of the correct responses!
