As noted several times in this thread, once your phone is disabled, it is too late to save any data. You can restore the data once you restore the phone by reloading your most recent backup. Depending on when you last did a backup, you should not lose too much information.

Sorry, but knowing the passcode won’t change anything. If disabled, all you can do is restore it in iTunes, erasing it to reset the passcode.
