This is not a chat, it is a user-to-user technical support forum. All questions here are answered by volunteer users. You will get an answer when another user thinks they might be able to help you. Additionally, you didn’t start with a new post; you tagged on to a 3 year old thread with 51 pages, that contains 750 posts before your posts. It is only by luck that I saw your post.
It isn’t clear whether you have a disabled phone or whether you have a disabled account, or both. So here are all of the possible answers:

That's correct, because that could not possibly fix a disabled phone. Read the link you posted to, where the directions have been posted over and over and over and over and over. HINT: Just below the first post is the Apple Recommended post, which IS the solution you need to follow.

Read the very thread you posted to where the answer has been posted OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER. For example the very first post you replied to has the answer right below it in Apple Recommended.

WRONG. It is disabled for the reason that you or someone who had access to your phone entered the wrong passcode a number of times.
Follow the instructions in the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page.
This 34 page thread is about your iPhone being disabled and unusable. As that isn’t your problem it would be more effective to post a NEW post describing your problem. Click on the Post button at the top of this page and choose Discussion.
Do you realize you just responded to the original post, which was posted now over 2 years ago? I think the original poster figured this out by now and since the thread is now 34 pages long, so have many many others.
You can’t. An iPhone password exists in one place only: in the Secure Enclave on the phone itself. The only option if your phone is disabled is to follow the instructions in the Apple Recommended post that is at the top of every one of the 36 pages in this 2 year old thread.
hello there, my husband dissabled my phone trying to log in with the wrong code, the screen is disabled and its iPhone 10 so theres no center button but its on my screen but of no help. plesaseeeeee helllpp meeee
The ONLY solution is to restore your phone using a computer with iTunes. If you don’t have a PC with Windows or a Mac you will have to borrow one or make an appointment at an Apple store. The instructions are at the top of this page.

With a broken screen, there is simply NO WAY to enable your phone. You will have to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for a screen replacement. Your data will be lost unless you have been regularly backing your phone up.
