how can i enable my disabled phone as i have data thats important in my phone. is there any way i can enable it please help?

If the phone is not disabled, but your Apple ID is, then see this, If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
What exactly are you seeing on the screen?
Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process
Connect to iTunes, restore it, and reload your most recent backup.

Remembering the password after a device is disabled does not change anything. Once disabled, the device must be erased to reset. You can re-use that same password if you wish to once it has been erased.
While you will be able to enable a disabled iPhone, your data is going to be wiped out. That is what backups are for, you will have to restore to a backup. Once the device is disabled, your data is no longer accessible.
WRONG. It is disabled for the reason that you or someone who had access to your phone entered the wrong passcode a number of times.

The ONLY solution is to restore your phone using a computer with iTunes. If you don’t have a PC with Windows or a Mac you will have to borrow one or make an appointment at an Apple store. The instructions are at the top of this page.

You need to install a SIM to activate an iPhone. It does not have to be an active SIM, but if the iPhone is locked, it must be one that is from the carrier it is locked to. Also, if the device is disabled, you need to do this to get the device to activate. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
