This is not a chat, it is a user-to-user technical support forum. All questions here are answered by volunteer users. You will get an answer when another user thinks they might be able to help you. Additionally, you didn’t start with a new post; you tagged on to a 3 year old thread with 51 pages, that contains 750 posts before your posts. It is only by luck that I saw your post.

It isn’t clear whether you have a disabled phone or whether you have a disabled account, or both. So here are all of the possible answers:

If your phone is disabled See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

Or watch this companion video ⬇️

If it is your Apple ID that is disabled, click the link below that most closely matches the disabled message:

The tone from you guys is straight up disrespectful. If you are not going to provide a solution then please do not answer. There's an answer but not a solution. My phone's screen cracked, I go to bed upset, and wake up to a disabled iPhone screen. I can not even wrap my mind around to even think that 2 years of photos are gone just like that. My honey moon, my daughters graduation and so many memories can not be gone just like that. Please if anyone has a solution to this, any 3rd party software, anything to recover my pictures. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know. All I care about is the pictures and videos. Everything else can get erased I don't care.

So if you tell the truth it is a bad tone and disrespectful?

Here is your only shot at getting all that back and it is a long shot at best if it was saying the phone was disabled.

Find a 3rd party repair shop that is open that can do board level soldering. Have them replace you screen with a non-apple one then see if you can get a passcode screen so you can log in. If you can check to see if your photos are there and then IMMEDIATELY back everything up.

If instead you still get the disable screen all of your data, photos, etc. are gone.

Provide you a solution? What would you suggest we do for you? Create something which doesn't exist? If you haven't backed up your data, that is simply not OUR FAULT. It's all on you, much as you don't want to acknowledge.

As Lawrence listed for you, if you did any of those things, you may get your photos back. If you didn't, you likely won't.

I had the same experience in July 2019

we had to plug it into iTunes

The passcode turns on for no reason even though I had no passcode on the first time, this also happened to my mum’s iPhone 8 Plus a couple months earlier

even though mum’s iPhone 8 Plus was a bit more easy it’s a bit more harder to reset

we tried to put the iPhone 8 Plus into recovery mode of February 2019, and then

, Loop, work, work, work, whoop

The silence of emergency SOS, oh my gosh

my sister’s dad told the operator that they were trying to put it in recovery mode

The000

The operator told us not to do that again

mum was trying to install Facebook on her 8+

as we were both going to a friends house and both of us were blind, mum asked me to turn on VoiceOver, so I times on voice-over, and then, passcode

what?

in July 2019 I found my iPhone disabled

so I connected it to iTunes

we kept putting it into recovery mode, but it just came out of recovery mode every time

The worker who is helping us reset the phone, just lag, walked out the door

finally we got the phone fixed

and that has been nothing wrong, except on September funny one voice-over was totally on usable for awhile on my iPhone SA, which was the phone that I was talking about that was disabled

sad news about the iPhone A+ though

it’s gone somewhere, and a house, activation turns on, and the battery probably dead

we cannot use the iPhone 8 Plus any more as it has find my iPhone turns on and we do not know the Apple ID password

One if you have an iPhone 6s or later won’t iPhone 11 actual home button press and hold them volume and press and hold the home button in the top button together reboot your phone, release the top button but keep hold of the home button

closure on phone into your computer with iTunes, it should say an iPhone has been detected into recovery mode

do an iTunes back up and then press update in the store

set up your phone again from the iTunes back up and roll your Apple ID information and you’re ready to go again
