This is not a chat, it is a user-to-user technical support forum. All questions here are answered by volunteer users. You will get an answer when another user thinks they might be able to help you. Additionally, you didn’t start with a new post; you tagged on to a 3 year old thread with 51 pages, that contains 750 posts before your posts. It is only by luck that I saw your post.
It isn’t clear whether you have a disabled phone or whether you have a disabled account, or both. So here are all of the possible answers:
If your phone is disabled See this Apple support link→If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Or watch this companion video ⬇️
If it is your Apple ID that is disabled, click the link below that most closely matches the disabled message:

my Iphone was stolen and someone tried to unlock it with wrong password and due to multiple tries i has been disabled how can i enable it again.. kindly help i know my passcode
Sorry, but knowing the passcode won’t change anything. If disabled, all you can do is restore it in iTunes, erasing it to reset the passcode.
Remembering the password after a device is disabled does not change anything. Once disabled, the device must be erased to reset. You can re-use that same password if you wish to once it has been erased.
That is a shame. If you take some time to read through the 13 pages of this thread, you will locate the answer several times. The posts with the answer contain a link you can click on with directions on how to regain control of your device if it is disabled. Good luck.
Read the post that is marked Apple Recommended for the answer. Or read any of the other 13 pages here for your answer. The text in blue is a link to a support document for instructions on how to deal with it.
While you will be able to enable a disabled iPhone, your data is going to be wiped out. That is what backups are for, you will have to restore to a backup. Once the device is disabled, your data is no longer accessible.

I got no help
This is a user-to-user technical support forum, it is not a chat service. You will get an answer when a user-volunteer sees your post and thinks they can help. That can be a few minutes, hours or even a day later. Expecting an answer within 2 minutes is quite unreasonable. In addition, you posted to the end of a discussion that has been going on over a year ago and that already has over 200 replies, so the chances of anyone seeing your request are vanishingly small. Plus the fact that your post has nothing to do with the subject of the thread. You will get much better responses if you create a totally NEW post and put a summary of your issue in the subject of the post. You can do that by clicking the “Post” link at the top of every page.
Please take the time to read one of the 16 pages of this thread and you will find the answer posted several times, including the Apple Recommended. That post has a link in it with instructions on how to deal with your problem.
Take the time to read through the 16 pages of this thread before posting a "me too" post. The answer to your question has been posted at least once on every page of this thread. It is a link in blue lettering.

.I want to used my iPhones apps like facebook, messenger, instagram, snapchat, and other, but its showing disabled.
Then you’ve come to the right place! Your post appears on a page of this thread; at the top of this page is a post labeled “Apple Recommended” that has the answer to your issue.
If it is disabled there is no data on it to recover. You will have to restore it to factory settings, then you can restore a backup to recover your data if you made backups before it was disabled. Follow the instructions in the Apple Recommended post at the top of this page.

How can I enable my disabled fun as I have data that’s important in my phone is there anyway I can enable it please help?
Once disabled, there is nothing you, nor anyone else can do but erase the device by restoring it in iTunes. This is a deliberate design aspect of iOS and the Secure Enclave encryption system - once disabled, nobody at all is getting any access to that device’s data.
My iphone 11 has been disabled for 8 days now. I've called twice to get assistance to enable my disabled phone. However, I've just been given instructions which have not worked. I need someone that is willing to take the time on itunes to help me repair my phone.

I disabled my phone while cracked.
Does the screen respond to touch? If yes, follow the directions which have been posted over and over and over. If the screen does not respond to touch because the screen is damaged, you'll need to get the screen replaced.
My fairly new iPhone 8 suddenly went into zoom mode and I couldn’t do anything. The fellow at Verizon told me how to get it to power off. When it came back it’s saying my phone is disabled and connect to iPhone. Does that require an Apple computer? I currently took the SIM card out and put it in my old 6+ so I can make and receive calls till my new iPhone is fixed
