SSD partitions

Hi All, can an internal SSD be partitioned with one partition HFS+ and one AFS. The reason for the question is that I have a Filemaker Pro solution where certain functions ,(in a Web Viewer), do not work on High Sierra but I still want to progress other apps to High Sierra, and probably Mojave.
