complaint about iPhone X!!!!

hello ,

i see my self as an apple fan. my phone ipad etc' has been apple since iPhone 3 came out.

But I'm so mad at the moment i think i'm going to try anther company.

i received the iPhone x late FEB i knew it was delicate so i spent a lot!!!! of money at the official apple store buying a shield and protective sticker at the beginning of April i drooped the phone less then a centimeter and the back of the phone shattered to peaces the shield is not damaged at all!!!!

i went back to the the official apple store (idegital) who told me this could happen and the cost of fixing it will be 2000$

i can not afford this. My former i phone 7s Pluse took real falls and nothing happened to it even when the shield broke and that gos back to all my phones since before the iPhone3.

i went on the apple site to try to contact costumer service to see what they say but there is not costumer service.

i'm very mad and frustrated at the moment. does anybody know how to reach apple?
