Verification Required appstore

So from back in 2014 when i made my apple id until today i have not had any problems regarding payment methods, now, however i have this problem where i can't download any apps on appstore without "verifying" my payment method. Here is the thing though, i have tried just updating my payment information for my credit card, yet it still gave me errors, so i pressed the "none" option for payment methods, i had no errors when i pressed done. so the 2 seconds after i thought it was over but then it comes back immediatly telling me to verify my payment method, but there is no problems or errors in it that is pointed out, so i really don't understand what the problem is. what can i do to fix this?
