Screen goes static while watching full screen videos on MacBook Pro

My screen shows static instantly for milliseconds while watching full screen videos on my 2017 MacBook Pro. I use the latest version of MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 . Please help. Thank you.

No this issue occur in every website and occur in both Chrome and Safari. I'll try to reset NVRAM or PRAM and inform you with the results. Thank you!
