How to setup apple watch series 3 GPS to wifi connection. please let me know i tried by disconnecting bluetooth but its not connecting to that.

WiFi should connect on the watch if you simply have the iPhone and watch paired, and get the phone to connect at least once while the watch is within Bluetooth range. The authentication for WiFi is passed to the watch from the iPhone. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204562
Theres a catch to stopping bluetooth to test success with WiFi. You have to do it from your iPhone’s Settings page. If you try to disable Bluetooth from the iPhone Control Center it will disconnect third party devices, but the watch connection remains alive and has priority above the WiFi to connect your watch to the outside world.
