Payment card processing is temporarily unavailable.

The problem is that I can't purchase Apple Music Student subscription. After three months of free trial I have been asked to update my billing info, which I have done successfully but unfortunately could not purchase the subscription.


I also wanted to contact Apple Support online but it was unavailable too. I put screenshots for your convenience.


P.S. I have already tried relogging-in to Apple ID account through ICloud.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having issues with subscribing to Apple Music. I’m happy to help.


If you’ve continued to receive that error in iTunes, I suggest trying from another device. You can find instructions for doing so here:


Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC - Apple Support


If you don’t have access to another device, I suggest making sure that iTunes is up-to-date using these steps:


Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support


You might also want to try signing out of, and then back into your iTunes account.


Should the issue persist after trying these steps, you'll want to contact Apple Support by phone here.
