I finally got boot camp working correctly where I can switch between Mac OS and Windows with no issues but now the issue popped up that on the Windows side I get no audio from anything whether I use speakers or connect a pair of headphones. I have made sure all audio drivers are updated but still no luck.

Yes this is what my msinfo32 looks like
That would imply the issue is unrelated to the Audio issue. Do you want to re-install Windows?
In Windows Device Manager, what are the various Audio devices.
Can you confirm year/model of your Mac? Also, run msinfo32 on the Windows side and post the value of BIOS Mode.
The Mac is a 2017 iMac 21.5" and BIOS Mode is UEFI

Yes audio is just fine on macOS
In Windows Device Manager, click on View -> Show Hidden Devices and post a screen shot.
See Device Manager does not display devices that are not connected as reference.
Right-click on the two 'Unknown Device' entries, and locate the PID/VID. You can switch to macOS and under Sysem Report, check for the same PID/VID and find out the type of the devices these are.
This is an ACPI device. What about the other device?
