How do I stop Amazon Music from opening automatically?

Every time I start and login to my iMac (using High Sierra 10.13.5), Amazon music starts and opens automatically. It is not listed in Users and Groups as a login item.

How do I get it to only open when I want to listen to music from Amazon?

iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, Late 2015), macOS Sierra (10.12.3), Solid State Drive

Download and run Etrecheck. Copy and paste the results into your reply. Etrecheck is a diagnostic tool that was developed by one of the most respected users here in the ASC and recommended by Apple Support to provide a snapshot of the system and help identify the more obvious culprits that can adversely affect a Mac's performance.

It can tell you where any supporting files for Amazon Music are located and if they are currently running.
