How can i unlock icloud on my new iphone X

I bought an iphone X and later found the icloud was lock on find my Iphone. Please how can i get this to home screen the owner doesnt know the email and the password.

Tell the owner to use Apple's iForgot service or contact their Account Security team, or give you a refund.

If the Apple ID it's locked to isn't theirs, it's probably lost or stolen.
