Itunes.com/bill

I have a bill from my checking acount that says the above "Itunes.com/bill for $42.49, is this fraud I didn't charge anything what can i do to get rid of the charge?

Apple ID - If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement

Purchases problem
