Apple email down arrow not working

I have an Apple SE operating on IOS 11.4 and I receive email thru an account with my local Wi-Fi cable provider.

When I'm at the list of emails on the phone, the "down arrow" to get to the next email will not work. The "up arrow" works fine but not the "down arrow".

How can I fix this problem???

IPhone 12 Pro email issues I have an iphone 12 Pro and the software is 15.2.1. On my email, the new ones never have a blue dot beside them showing they are new and therefore I miss any new emails. Is there anything to fix or change in settings? I've compared to my others iphones but can't see any difference. Thank you

Issue adding an email When trying to add an email to mail on an iPhone, it errors out saying too many redirects. Rebooted the phone, switched networks, nothing is working.

I have the same issue, on my brand new iphone SE, on messages app the back arrow sometimes do the same as the "down arrow" on my e-mail app. I don't know if get back my iphone to the store and buy something else
