Chrome can't browse under Windows 10 Bootcamp

Hi
After installing Windows 10 in Bootcamp on a MacBook Pro model A1707 EMC3162

I can't browse with Google Chrome browser - 3 other browsers are working perfect

The Error:

When typing in any Website address - the status bar shows: 'Establishing secure Connection' and then

ERR_TIMED_OUT

I've tried:

  • Allowed the Chrome App in the firewall
  • disabled the Automatic detect... in LAN settings
    Disabled IP6
  • Updated Chrome to the latest version.
  • Cleared the Cache and Cookies.
  • Using it in Incognito mode.
  • Disabled all extensions
  • Reset Chrome settings
  • Added a new user profile by adding a new user on Chrome.
  • Toggled the Use hardware acceleration
  • Changed DNS to Google Public DNS.
  • Deleted C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome" and "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome" manually.

Still no go... it just wont browse..... could it be a driver issue? - one that only Chrome utilize and the other browsers don't?

Anyone knows how to solve this ?
