How to stop /private/var/db/uuidtext/dsc keep growing

From this thread: logd causes /private/var/db/uuidtext/dsc to grow until disk is full

Solution You need to reinstall your OS X!

1. Reboot your mac

2. Hold ( Command + R ) keys to Disk Utility.

3. Select Reinstall OS X.

This will be install OS X "in place" of your old one without losing any data.

Problem solved. 😉

2 Macintosh HD partitions after clean install I have tried repeatedly to merge my partitions into one HD but for reason it continues to return. Even after wiping and doing a clean install of macOS. How is this possible? Also, this problem seems to be associated to all my Mac computers. It is very annoying. I do not like it and want to get rid of the 2 partitions and merge them into one. I searched the Internet for some advice and have come up empty. I've tried deleting one of the partitions and I always end having to reinstall macOS and the 2 partitions return. OS Big Sur - known bugs? Anyone notices these bugs or knows how to fix them? Startup is slow - over 30 seconds (unlike less than 10 for Cata) The user name on the log-in window does not change even after I changed it in system pref's Apple ID (and it changed there). WiFi signal appears weaker now - 2 bars versus 3 bars for Cata. Some 3rd party software (GIMP) is responding sluggishly - there's a delay reaction to all tools. TextEdit tends to jump to the top (sometimes only) after "pasting" when I re-edit. What's the cause? TextEdit also has many copies to "revert" back to. Does that take up space - and how to delete or clear them?
