How can i flip the menu bar on my MacBook pro to the left side because i updated the software and the apple logo in the menu bar flipped to the right.

How do I keep my menue bar open in myMacOS with High Sierra On suggestion from Apple support I ungraded and downloaded High Sierra. After doing that when I'm in Safari my menu bar disappears. How do I keep my menu bar open all the time?
