display multiple pdf pages in photos

I import a pdf file that has multiple pages into photos but I can only see the first page only. Is there a way to display all the pages in photos? The pages are there because if I export the file the pages are all there.

iMac, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

Thanks both but perfectly aware of Preview editing pdf's. That was not the issue. The file in question contains multiple pages of pdf photos. When importing the file to photos, it only shows the first page which you can edit ok but it wasn't clear if there was a way to see (or edit) the other pages as well. The answer is no. Apparently photos turns the first page into jpg type file so it can be viewed (and edited) but the rest remain as they were. If one attempts to export the edited file only that first page is exported. If exporting as the original file (option) the entire pdf file is exported. At least that was my experience.
