There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.
I am trying to install to a new Windows computer. The last time I saw this question was sometime last year. It's now June 2018 and I am too having this problem. I already checked the page where I can find "helpful or common issues" with installation problems but nothing helped.
