Has anyone been able to solve this problem?
Error Message appears during install:
"There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor."
My computer is new and windows 10 is updated. Any advice?

I am having the same problem. I have done all of the things listed in the article. It did not work. I contacted Apple support and was told that I should call Microsoft and not Apple. Any other ideas?
