How do i edit the Favorites in Safari?

Macbook Pro using High Sierra 10.13.5. How do I delete sites from Favorites?

From the Favorites bar: control click and then Delete

or use the menu -- Bookmarks > Edit Bookmarks.

my favorites in safari have disappeared in safari on mac I just updated my MAC osx yesterday and now my bookmarks in favorites in safari all gone. How do I get them back?

Can’t delete favorites folder in safari I’m trying to delete the favorites folder in my bookmarks, but when I press ‘edit’, the little red dot with a line through it doesn’t show up, and when I hold it there's no delete option.
