No admin account on mac os

Suddenly I have no admin account on mac os.

All I did was to change the default account name from "user" to "myname"

When I try to make my standard account adminaccount I am prompted to enter admin username and password.

But what is the admin username and password now? I enter the old credentials but they dont work since I am not admin anymore.
