Do Apple change a 2week iPhone X Apple case?

I bought aN Apple silicon case with my new iPhone X 2 weeks ago ant it’s already damaged without any drops, just daily use. I’d like to know if Apple could trade it for a non damaged one, since it’s not supposed to be damaged at such short usage .
