Multiple AppleTV 4K's One cant find computer, other does

I have multiple Apple TV 4k's and one cant find computer/library, the other does just fine. The one that does is on wifi, the one that can't is wired.

All the settings are otherwise the same. When I click on "computer" it spins for a awhile then says can't locate make sure sharing is on. I know it's on as the other works just fine

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, sdchrgrboy.
If I understand your post correctly, your Apple TV which is not connected to Wi-Fi is not able to detect your computer. I'd like to help.
Your Apple TV needs to be connected to Wi-Fi. This guide will tell you more:

Mirror or extend your Mac display

With Apple TV, you can mirror the entire display of your Mac to your TV or use your TV as a separate display.

User uploaded file

  1. On your Mac, click User uploaded file in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
  2. Choose your Apple TV. If you don’t see your Apple TV, make sure that your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV. Need help?
  3. If an AirPlay passcode appears on your TV screen, enter the passcode on your Mac.

To change the size of your desktop mirrored on your TV, click User uploaded file in the menu bar. Then select Mirror Built-in Display to match the size of your desktop or Mirror Apple TV to match the size of your TV.

AirPlay also lets you use your TV as a separate display for your Mac. Just click User uploaded file in the menu bar, then select Use As Separate Display.

To stop mirroring or using your TV as a separate display, click User uploaded file in the menu bar, then choose Turn AirPlay Off. Or press the Menu button on your Apple TV remote.

I am having the same problem with my new ATV 4K. When I select computers, all I get is a spinning disc. No it does not happen that way with my other Apple TV 4 only the 4K has this problem. What kind of answer is this "expert" giving? Setting up airplay from the iMac does NOT fix or address the issue. The issue is the computers icon on the ATV is not connecting to the iMac. Lets get someone who can solve this with an answer that makes sense.
