I use the Tuner to tune guitars before a session. How can I set a key command to open the tuner?

Exactly what I was looking for. Failed to find any reference to “tuner” in my search within LPX.
Obviously, user error has struck again. I assume my search did not include Global Commands (or something else).
I can now use SHFT-T to open the tuner.
