Second Step:
Open Safari Preferences
Click on Extensions
Remove the one, it was the only one on my system, that says "Helper"
Prior to this step, another website advised to
Open Finder, Select Go to Folder
Copy/Paste ~/Library/LaunchAgents
Enter
Delete the anysearchmanager line.
It worked, what I briefly saw was that this "Helper" can steal vital personal information. I've not seen anything weird yet with the computer behavior, except I made a comment out loud to my son about Chris Pratt, and the very next email with suggested conversations on Twitter led with Chris Pratt, whom I've never used in any way. But that is not new, must have enabled microphone in order to use my phone. Missed that potential problem in the onslaught of Privacy Updates.
