Can’t select drive

I have a 2015 MacBook Air running captain 10.11 that i have reset back to factory settings. However upon selecting restore OS on the boot menu (after pressing cmd r) I can’t select a drive to reinstall?? says select the disk where you want to install, however there’s no options and the install button is greyed out ?!! help!!

At this point, instead of using Recovery Mode, you should try Internet Recovery Mode <command><option><R> to reinstall OS X.
