audio language won't change to english on my apple tv

I tried to watch a rented movie from itunes and it would not play in English. It would only play in Spanish. Before when I rented movies they would play in English. I don't know why it won't let me now.

I made sure all my settings were in English but it still only played in Spanish. FYI the movie has an option to be played in English.

I tried to play the movie on my iphone 6plus and it played in English.

Please help. I want a refund on the rental fee if I can't play it in English.
