Can you tell me how to delete pictures from my iCloud

You can delete them from any device where you have iCloud Photo Library turned on or you can use any computer and log into www.icloud.com and go to the Photos app there to delete them. Be aware that iCloud Photo Library is a syncing service and any photos that you delete will be deleted from all devices where iCloud Photo Library is turned on.
