Graphics firmware kernel panic

Hi all,

I am recently having problems with my mac with graphics related issues. When I try to record my screen using Quicktime for instance, my computer will restart itself and the error report resulting, says I have a graphics firmware problem.

I am also experiencing a similar problem on my Bootcamp partition when using windows, and playing various games, or even loading a web page for instance.
