Weird e-mails from Apple
I have received 2 separate e-mails from Apple Update saying my account has been been temporarily locked and I need to validate my account. It has a link that I click to log in, but when I go to log in it not only asks for my personal information but also my card information. It says my account can’t be reactivated until I complete these steps. But when I go to log in the Apple website on my own - outside of this email - I can log in just fine and have nothing saying my account is locked. These e-mails also have case numbers and says if I don’t complete with 24 hours, my account will be terminated.
Help!
