Locked Apple ID

Hello,


Some time ago my Apple ID was locked but I ignored it for some time. Now as I have updated iOS it systematically asks me to "Enter my Apple ID password in Settings".


However, as I do that it says that "Apple ID is locked (Your Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. To unlock it, you must verify your identity)" and I have "Unlock Account" option, when clicked, it says "Cannot Verify Identity (Your session has timed out)".


I know the password and I'm logged into my Apple ID via appleid.apple.com and iCloud but on my phone after unsuccessful unlocking I'm directed to resetting my password (did that too but still unsuccessful).


So please help, what should I do?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.4
