Account details, iCloud Preferences

Selecting "Details" in iCloud Preferences on my Mac, I receive he following message:


"Account Details could not be opened because of an error connecting to iCloud."

Can you successfully log into Manage your Apple ID with the ID you were using in this case? If so, have you simply tried logging out of your iCloud account on your Mac, and then, logging back in?
