I have been working on a music video, and at the beginning of my editing process, the import of my footage was interrupted. Since then, my footage has been referencing the SD card I have plugged in to my Macbook, and I cannot export my final product. I have dealt with this countless times, by going to File > Import > Reimport from Camera/Archive. This time around, however, that option is a light gray that I cannot click on. Hence, the option simply isn’t available. Can someone please tell me how to make that option available, or tell me how else I can reimport the footage?

Why is the Reimport from Camera/Archive Option Not Available?

Solved! More simple than I thought - if you also experience this problem, make sure that you have the Event selected — not the Library. Then go to File > Import > Reimport from Camera/Archive.
