My camera is only focusing on half the photo no matter how many times I try to fix it. Please help!

My iphone 6s plus rear camera only focuses a small portion of my pictures. I’ve updated my phone, restarted my phone, & nothing has helped. I’ve tried everything in the camera help article so please offer me something other than those. I’m on vacation & would really like to have decent pictures!
