In Settngs->General->iPhone storage.
It shows that 51 GB of 64 GB used and below it displayed which apps are using storage. If we will sum all app it will be about 39 GB. Question is, where is 12 GB of iPhone Storage and how to clear it?
All screenshots are attached.
P.S. I think it could be a cache of apps like Instagram and other. But it's too much and I don't wanna to reinstall all apps or erase data.

About cached files in "Other" iOS storage
