Microsoft store says You own this product. We dont.

We are trying to download Itunes and now have Windows 10.

When signed in, it says 'You own this product'

But we have never installed it as this is a new computer.

We have signed out of the microsoft account but no help. Signed into a different account but same thing.

Searching the computer under apps and also programs it is not listed.

Can someone help please?
